Our Tie Rods are manufactured from 36mm solid high tensile 4140, this material is often used in rock drills and aircraft parts and has a yield strength far in excess of twice that of mild steel.

This alone gives us the confidence to offer a lifetime warranty against bending.

Once CNC machined, the rods are zinc pate coated to protect from rusting.

This tie rod utilises the large female threaded ends which were found on some GU's it is a direct bolt in upgrade on all GU's.

The tie rod is the rod that is behind the front diff, not to be confused with the drag link in front of the diff.

Rod ends are quality units to ensure long life.

New castle nuts are supplied with new split pins and new pinch bolts.
